Meet Jane Shakyan, AuD

Dr. Jane Shakyan received her Doctorate degree in Audiology from California State University, Los Angeles as part of the inaugural cohort, and her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge. She co-founded and served on the CSULA Student Academy of Audiology board for two semesters and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Shakyan has worked in a variety of clinical settings, with notable clinical rotations at Kaiser OC and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and a fourth-year externship completed in two different private practice settings. She has experience in diagnostic assessment and treatment of hearing and vestibular disorders, tinnitus evaluations, and is trained to do basic tinnitus treatment through tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT) and Lenire. Dr. Shakyan strives have a positive impact in all her patients’ lives by providing thorough assessments, personalized treatment plans, and extensive follow-up care. She is fluent in Armenian and speaks conversational Spanish.
